The Project Plan is used for planning and coordination of primarily activities, resources and decisions. Of course, it also serves as a base for budgeting and cost estimation. Together with the Project Definition/Project Description and Project Manual, a solid contractual base is formed.

To help you with this work, it might be useful to use a Gantt-Scheme or similar method. To assist you with this, there is a template MS Project Plan developed for this purpose. Requires Microsoft Project to be installed on your computer.

The Project Plan is an addendum to Project Definition or Project Description and shall follow the conditions of approval of this document.
