Description | ||||||||||||||||
During Elaboration, we develop the communicative concept, establish the functional and non-functional system requirements (often implied by the communicative concept) and establish a stable system architecture demonstrated by a architectural baseline (first version) of the system. We also develop the information architecture and design the content. Furthermore, we plan for testing, deployment, and launching, and we establish project routines and practicalities. All this leads to a detailed project plan, organization and budget. The Elaboration phase is of utmost importance to the project, and the quality of its deliverables will have an extreme impact on the success of the project. During Elaboration, the workflows Concept Development, Requirements, System Analysis & Design, and Content Design are in focus. |
