The Project Definition is used to define our assignment primarily in the Elaboration phase, i.e. where we really specify all the "whats" and "hows". The Project Definition should be approved and signed by the projects Steering Committee or, if a proposal is being made, by the person responsible for the client relation and the Branch Manager before the proposal is made, and by the client when accepting the proposal. |
