The Project Definition is used to define our assignment primarily in the Elaboration phase, i.e. where we really specify all the "whats" and "hows". Together with the Project Plan and Project Manual, a solid contractual base is formed.

The Project Definition should be approved and signed by the project’s Steering Committee or, if a proposal is being made, by the person responsible for the client relation and the Branch Manager before the proposal is made, and by the client when accepting the proposal.
