The Project Description is used to define our assignment primarily in the Production and Transition phases. Together with the Project Plan and Project Manual, a solid contractual base is formed. Of course, enclosures to the Project Description most often are required to specify our assignment on a proper level. The Project Description shall be approved and signed by the projects Steering Committee or, if a proposal is being made, by the person responsible for the client relation and the Branch Manager before the proposal is made, and by the client when accepting the proposal. |
