The Project Team consists of the Project Manager and the project members from Framfab. The Project Team also has a "Project Management Team", having the collective responsibility for the project. It consists of the Project Manager the person responsible for Project Technology and the person responsible for Project Communication & Design. The Project Manager focuses on money, time and teambuilding and the Design Manager and Technical Manager focus on quality and invention.
