The Technical Strategy is produced at the strategic level, common for all the client's projects (hence, a Technical Strategy is created primarily for strategic clients). It describes the client's current IT platform and the long-term IT plan – the current technical platforms, tools and technologies and preferences for the future. The Technical Strategy should of course primarily support the business and communicative strategies.
The Technical Strategy is approved or developed by the client's IT department.
