Description | ||||||||||||||||
During Acquisition, we analyze the client, the business context, the communicative and technical situation, and develop a strategy for the client - a business strategy, a communicative strategy and a technical strategy. This is done at the strategic level, common to all of the client's projects. The Acquisition phase as a part of the project process also initiates production projects by investigating the project's fundamental "why's", "what's" and "how's". The workflow in focus during Acquisition is Client Analysis & Strategy Development. |
