The Project Team Evaluation should be made after the project is finished and the result has been delivered to the client. The evaluation should include aspects such as how well the project has reached the set goals, the relationship between Project Manager and the Project Team, as well as within the team, with the client, workload, challenge, etc. It should also include an evaluation of FUP and proposals for improving the project process.
