The Client Evaluation should be made after the project is finished and the result has been delivered to the client. The evaluation should include aspects such as how well the project has reached the set goals, the relationship between the client and the Project Manager, the Project Team, etc. It should also include an evaluation of FUP and proposals for improving the project process from the client's point of view.
