Description | ||||||||||||||||
There are different types of status assessments during a project: Status Reports provide periodic snapshots of project health and status, including the Project Managers Risk Assessment, quality indicators, and management indicators. Typical status reports should include a review of resources, staffing, financial data, top 10 risks, technical progress, major milestone plans and results, total project scope, action items and follow-through. Status Reports should be created at regular intervals (monthly, quarterly). Iteration Reports assess a single iteration and guides the planning of the next iteration. Test Reports assess a formal test. |
